We share the private road leading to the road, and some of the outdoor spaces. The village and its shops are a 5-minute walk away. The newly renovated cottage of about 120 m2 has: A large living/dining room/open equipped kitchen, with a sofa bed if necessary. A laundry room with washing machine and various other amenities. A bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink and heated towel rail. A separate toilet. One bedroom with a 160 cm queen size bed. A bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. A private balcony with outdoor furniture. Large shared outdoor space. A private parking space that can accommodate 3 vehicles, including 1 covered space.
