A large charming residence of the last century of 450 m2, our family home is located on the heights of the village of Chatillon-sur-Loire and has exceptional views of the latter from the terrace of the first floor. The Colombier is open to lovers of space and light with its two crossing facades, veranda and swimming pool! A paradise! Things to do in the area Discover the sumptuous landscapes along the Loire and its canals, including the famous classified site of Mantelot 15' on foot, and the Canal Bridge of Briare 10' by car. Walking or cycling along the navigation canals, possibility of sailing aboard a traditional boat on the Loire, discovery of wild and edible plants of the region, kayaking, etc. Visit the Coteaux du Giennois cellars 4 km away and Sancerre 30 km away, the village of Chavignol, etc. Guest access The Colombier is an essential meeting place for our family. The house is full of souvenirs, homemade paintings, and flea market items collected over the years. It has a rustic side that gives it all its charm, far from traditional rental standards. You'll feel right at home. It is therefore reserved for guests who respect the beautiful stones and the family spirit. Thank you. You will have access to all the rooms of the house, with the exception of the attic, garage and some locked cupboards. Depending on the number of tenants, we will also close some rooms.
