This three-bedroom, one bathroom house has been completely remodeled into a Modern Victorian, with a large yard that is completely fenced in and offers plenty of privacy for our guests. Located in the Myrtle town area of Eureka, it is nestled away on a dead-end street offering space to get away from it all. The house itself offers an open floor plan, two of the bedrooms have king beds, the third has a queen bed, the living room window seat can be used an additional sleeping space. All bedrooms have their personal designated closet. Living room has a 55” TV includes streaming platforms and airplay. The full kitchen includes: full refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove/oven, dishwater, coffee maker, electrical tea kettle, toaster, & blender. The house has forced heat & A/C, washer & dryer, and clothing steamer that can be used as needed. Entire house has black out/sun filtering shades. Front porch and side porch are perfect for slow mornings. The large and fully fenced yard, offers plenty of privacy and a space for outdoor activities like: corn hole, badminton, or much more. For those traveling with little kids, a pack n’ play is available for use. If additional items such as a highchair or activity play center, can be arranged prior to arrival. The property offers private parking for up to 5 vehicles, additional parking can be arranged if needed. The GRC Getaways property also offers a one-bedroom bungalow that can be book separately, and is attached to the backside of our roasting facility with separate parking and a private entrance separate from the Modern Victorian. The Modern Victorian is on the same property as our Gold Rush Coffee Roasting facility, which is only operational Monday & Tuesdays. If you find yourself here on a Monday, you can smell the freshly roasted beans being prepared for that week’s orders. Please note that we are an operation Coffee Roasting Facility that is operational Monday’s and Tuesday’s with minimal foot traffic on Wednesday’s. Guest have private access to their rental, a key code will be sent with check-in instructions. I will be available with any questions or help that might be needed.
