Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests on the reservation: both bedrooms, both full bathrooms, the half bath, living room, dining area, kitchen, desk and laundry area. As a guest you also have access to the building's common areas: gym, coworking and meeting rooms, reading area, kids' playroom, garden with playground and BBQ terrace, subject to building hours and regulations. Minors must be accompanied by an adult in the garden, playroom and sports areas. Access to the residence is through a security gate staffed 24 hours. The building has an elevator and covered parking included for the unit. On arrival, security receives you and hands over the keys; the apartment is on the fourth floor. The Capitalia team is available throughout your stay. Other things to note Pets are welcome. A 50 USD per-stay pet fee applies for the additional cleaning the unit requires. Any damage is charged separately. Location: the residence sits on the México-Toluca highway in El Yaqui, Cuajimalpa, minutes from Centro Santa Fe, Garden Santa Fe, Expo Santa Fe, the corporate towers and the universities in the area. Santa Fe is a corporate district rather than a walkable neighborhood, so the easiest way to get around is by car, Uber, DiDi or taxi. Arrival and departure: check-in from 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Access is through the security gate; staff receives you, registers the reservation and hands over the keys. Keys are returned at the gate on departure. Parking: covered parking is included for the unit. Vehicles may be inspected by building staff when required. Common areas: gym, coworking, meeting rooms, playroom, garden and BBQ terrace operate under building hours and regulations, and may be subject to maintenance. Minors: every minor staying at or visiting the property must be registered. When requested, the responsible adult must provide valid identification and documentation demonstrating parentage, legal guardianship or authorization to travel with the minor.
