The space You will have uninterrupted access to the whole three-story SMART home with keyless entry, private parking, private patio, and beach views The Living Room The living room has ample seating for the whole family The Kitchen The kitchen comes equipped with all brand-new appliances for your convenience. The Bedrooms Every bedroom comes with a memory foam mattress with cooling gel so you can be assured when you lay down you will have one of the best nights sleep you have had away from home. Every bedroom also has its own smart TV. The Bathrooms Most bedrooms have their own on suite bathroom. No need to wait on anyone to share a bathroom. We made sure each person in your party has their comfort and privacy while on vacation. The Patio You will have your own private patio with beach views and outdoor seating Parking There is ample parking under the home Laundry Room There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer NOTE: All pets require a pet fee of $175 each. For pets over 20 lbs, the fee is $250, but please reach out to us for prior approval. Each extra pet will also be charged at these respective rates. These charges are necessary due to the additional cleaning required. Note: There is an extra guest fee of $50 per guest per night after 6. Other things to note •Our quiet hours are set from (10pm-6am) We want you to enjoy yourselves but keep in mind there are neighbors and we have to respect them. •We pride ourselves on providing a safe and secure experience. •Early checkin/Late check-out is available upon request.
