There is a washer and dryer in the unit if you should require one. Unit can be rented to families with small children for a total of 4 guests. There are 2 extra cots supplied with the unit if necessary. Also, we have added a very high quality Chicco pack and play for those of you with little guys so they can enjoy and rest comfortably!
