Given the proximity to major highways & intersections, the area is not highly walkable, but Uber and Lyft are available. Guest access For your convenience, property amenities include Central A/C, digital thermostats, WI-FI, full-sized washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, a teapot, coffee maker, complimentary freshly ground coffee, microwave, standard-size refrigerator, and sink) is available for full use. Cleaning supplies are supplied for your convenience. IMPORTANT NOTE: The deck is not typically available for use during your stay, but can be accessed at your own risk. Mattress and pillows are covered with protectors. 2nd Bedroom (2nd Floor) – King Bed, 1 nighstand, closet, Roku TV (your sign-in is required for non-Roku apps – Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc). 3rd Bedroom (2nd Floor)- Queen Bed, 1 nightstand, loveseat & closet. Room darkening blinds and sheer curtains. Mattress and pillows are covered with protectors. Office (2nd Floor) – Full size desk, Ergonomic friendly office chair. If you are staying for business and require printing, print orders can be sent to the local FedEx Office location less than 5 mins away. 2 Bathrooms (1st floor) ¾ bathroom (Shower, sink & toilet) 2nd floor bathroom (Shower, tub and sink). Towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste and soap are provided. Home has a lot of natural light. The front of the house faces west, and the back of the house has two large east-facing patio doors & windows. There are blinds, sheers and curtains over the windows and patio doors. The window coverings can be pulled to reduce the natural light. None of the window coverings are full black-outs.
