Serenity River Retreat

Fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the river. Breathtaking views of the Cascades. Take a walk to the beach or a drive to Stevens Pass or the adorable town of Leavenworth. Lounge in the yard, rest in the hammock or Bbq. Snuggle up next the fireplace, or have an outdoor fire. The space Walk in the front or back door with your own personal code. The main floor has the laundry room, queen private bedroom, full bath with jetted tub, open concept kitchen, dining and living room with a gas fireplace and large screen TV. Off the dining area are French doors that lead out to the deck by the river side. Up the stairs in the loft you will find the private Master bedroom with an open window (with black out curtains) this window overlooks the living room and out to the river. There is also a trundle bed (2 twin beds) in the open loft area, a blowup double air bed (double size), desk with blue tooth keyboard & printer. Please note that where the trundle twins are is an open loft not an enclosed bedroom. The master bedroom is private. There is a full bathroom with a stand up shower next to the master bedroom. Outside is a nice deck to eat around the patio table that looks out at the river. There is also a small BBQ, hammock, lounge chairs and a large fire pit with chairs. You can walk out the driveway and just 1/2 mile either direction (3-5 min walk) you can access the river! To the left is more of a beach type area and to the right is a nice walk through the woods to more of a rocky area with some beach spots. Just explore! Up the pass about 8.7 miles is the town of Index. They have white water rafting with guides, kayakes and tubing. Up the pass, (a 40 minute drive to the top of Stevens Pass), you can enjoy both summer and winter activities. Then when you head back west on Hwy 2 you don't have to fight the traffic because you chose to stay at Serenity River Retreat. If you haven't seen the adorable Bavarian town of Leavenworth, you must GO! It is about a one hour drive from Gold Bar. You won't be disappointed! Guest access You have the whole home and yard to yourself!!! Other things to note Please note that the 3rd bedroom is an open loft area and is NOT private. Airbnb won't let me change that this home is a 3 bedroom since their new upgrade. There are burn bans in the summer. If you happen to get ticketed, you will be resposible to pay the fine and any damages that occur if the fire goes anywhere other than the fire pit. So just make sure you look up burn bans in the area. Thank you kindly! Please note that there is a $50 per pet, per stay fee for your first pet. $25 for second pet per stay. With a maximum of 2 pets. It isn’t listed under the fee section so I will send you a separate money request for your pet(s) fee. There will also be a $25 fee is the cleaner has to pick up poop after you checkout. Thank you for helping out and cleaning up after your pet(s). Also, PLEASE use dog blankets or colored sheets on furniture to protect from pet hair. Thank you!
