LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Those who appreciate beautiful views and character filled interiors will love this lovely updated and well maintained waterfront home built in 1939. Located in the heart of the harbour on Main Street, in Guysborough, Nova Scotia, Canada. The space This lovely century home boasts three bedrooms, one four piece washroom, two 2 piece washrooms and the primary bedroom has a 3 piece ensuite. Plenty of room for up to four guests to stay comfortably and make memories. Enjoy full use of the house including all bedrooms, kitchen, butler pantry, living room, and dining room all centrally located on the main floor. The sunroom has “The Main View” and the place to watch the morning sunrise. Find your own private beach, large back deck and fire pit from the the walkout basement. Although the basement is unfinished, you will have hours of fun. Please enjoy use of our pool, hockey and tennis tables. We also have shuffleboard and foosball. Also located in the basement is a the 2nd 2 piece washroom. The side deck off the dinning area hosts the BBQ which overlooks the beautiful harbour (seasonal June to August). In the living room, you will find board games, cards, a smart TV (Netflix, prime video, youtube), and comfortable seating. Although the home is very suitable for families we do not have infant friendly necessities such as crib, high chair, gates, etc. We feel for sanitary reasons it’s best you bring your own. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, backyard and beach. Any doors marked "private" are personal items.
