The space The villa is over 7400 square feet so there is ample space for gathering with friends, yet the bedrooms are quiet and private. The owner is a designer and developer with many years of experience who believes in quality and attention to detail. All floors are honed Italian marble, the wood trim details are mahogany, and the iron details on the gates, etc were all designed by the owner inspired by Spanish homes in California in the 1920s. Tile in the kitchen and baths is all custom and imported. All bedrooms are ensuite with private connected baths. There is an overflow guest bed in the office area that can be used if necessary. The maid arrives every morning to prepare breakfast. We provide a breakfast welcome basket for your first morning. There is a large clean well stocked grocery store within a five minute drive for supplies. If you choose not to rent a car our chef, who is available for hire, can purchase your grocery wish list for you. The maid also cleans every day, makes beds, and does laundry. There is a gardener who takes care of the grounds daily, and the pool is also cleaned every morning. The villa water is purified by Eco Serve and safe to drink from the taps. It is also used to wash food in the kitchen so it is very sanitary.
