A new and unique vacation home located in a gated community of Playa El Tunco nestled in a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Surrounded by nature with a spectacular ocean and mountain views. Thehouse is ideal for couples, friends on holiday, small families. Equipped with everything you need for a calm and relaxing experience. The house is 3 minute driveway to 2 world-class waves: La Bocana and El Sunzal. El tunco is a safe surf town with many restaurants, makets, and cafes. The space Casa Caracoles offers a ground floor with living room, dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, an infinity pool with breath-taking ocean and mountains views, parking and a garden with lazy chairs and bbq to enjoy the views. Two rooms equipped with a private bathroom, A/C, and walk-in closet each. Main bedroom with a 72” smart TV, king bed and a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses and a guest bedroom with 1 full bed plus a full bunk bed. Both bathrooms on the first floor have hot water. **** The house is accessible for disabled people as we have zero steps to access 2 of our bedrooms on the ground floor and they can enjoy all the social areas of the house as well. **** A second floor with 2 rooms and a tv/family room. The main bedroom with A/C, small smart tv, a king bed, a bunk bed with 2 twin mattresses and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom with A/C, two full beds, walk-in closet and a private bathroom as well. We have a base fee for groups of 6 people to keep the house accessible to smaller groups. For groups larger than 6 people, there is a charge per extra guests. For security reasons, kindly note we have a NO DAY GUEST and NO PARTY policy. Please ask if you have any questions. The residencial security may impose a fine for loud music after 10pm for which the guest is responsible. **NO PETS ALLOWED** Additional services during your stay: *House cleaning fee during stay is available for a $20 fee daily. She can also cook basic dishes for you. *Dinner night with a Chef (ask for quote) *Airport transfers available (fee based on amount of guests and time) *Massages onsite at the property We strive to be eco-friendly, and while A/C is available in each bedroom, the living area is cooled by ceiling and floor fans. The house is a 3 min drive (15 min walk approx) from Sunzal beach and the popular surf and tourist town El Tunco, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, surf options, shops and nightlife. It is a 15 minute drive to El Zonte or La Libertad and 35 minute drive to San Salvador's restaurants and nightlife. Starter kit : • 1 kit with soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. • 1 toilet paper in each bathroom. • 1 dish soap. • 1 paper towel. • 1 trash bag. • 1 sponge Please be prepared to stop by a supermarket to buy extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, salt + pepper + sugar. Guest access The house has its own private parking and guests can access all the spaces of the house and enjoy a relaxed stay. You can reach the house with any type of vehicle (sedan, pick-up, van, etc)
