🌱 In the green Overijsselse Vechtdal, this chalet has everything for your family within reach! 🐿️ We are fans of the area and hope you get the same experience. It's wonderful to start the day outside with a fresh cup of tea or coffee, hear the birds chirping, and watch the squirrels running in the trees from your garden. 💫 This holiday park is a two-time winner of the Golden Zoover Award. It is a child-friendly holiday park with all the comforts for an unforgettable vacation. The space ☕️ Parents can relax thanks to the many facilities that the Kleine Belties holiday park has to offer for children. ℹ️ Facilities: - Indoor swimming pool with 40m slide, whirlpool and toddler pool - Outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers - Swimming pool with sandy beach and playground equipment -Fish pond - Restaurant and snack bar - Supermarket with fresh rolls, among other things - Football field, volleyball courts, basketball and panna cage - Indoor play area - Recreation team for all ages (in high season + school holidays from April to October) 🗓️ The park also has various activities to offer such as 55+ weeks and toddler/preschool week. See the Kleine Belties website for more information. 🏡 Chalet: There is a kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, 4 burner gas stove, coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle, plates/glasses/pans/cutlery and a microwave. 🚿 A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. 🌿 In the garden, you will find a lovely lounge sofa and a dining table by the newly renovated wooden canopy. You can also barbecue on a charcoal BBQ. In the garden shed there is a scooter and a children's bicycle with some play material. 🛏️ This chalet for 6 people has 3 bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with a double bed with a wardrobe - 1 bedroom with two single beds with a wardrobe - 1 bedroom with two single beds with a wardrobe 👶🏻 Since it is a child-friendly park, we also have a camping bed available and an Ikea high chair. In addition, there are also some games in the chalet. This way you have an ultimate vacation feeling. 🛜 Own WiFi router, so you have good internet. ❗️In and exclusive: Included Rental price includes booking fees, use of duvets and pillows. Use of gas, water, and light. Exclusive of: At the vacation park, the tourist tax would still have to be paid per person per night and the park costs. Under 2 years, free. - Tourist tax €1.10 per night, per person. - Park fees: €5.75 high season and €4.15 low season per night, per person. Exclusive: Bed linen, towels and tea towels. You need to bring these yourself. It is possible, however, to rent bed linen at the reception. We would like to hear this in advance, so that we can pass this on to the reception. Guest access 🚘 When you check in at the reception on the day of arrival, they will register your license plate. Then you can drive in and out. One car is allowed next to the chalet. At the beginning of the vacation park is a large parking lot for any extra cars. Other things to note 🧳 Check-in on the day of arrival at the reception of the holiday park, stating Chalet no. 18. 🕘 Check-in: between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Check out: between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. ❗️You cannot check in or out outside these times. Exceptionally, something can be arranged. Please contact me for this. 🗓️The reception, shop and swimming pool etc. are closed on Sundays. The swimming pond is of course open. 🏊‍♀️ The park facilities are open from Easter through the fall holidays. 🚫 Rental for migrant workers is not allowed.
