River Access Access the Frio River directly from the River’s Edge property, or walk down to Mager’s Crossing — one of the easiest and most popular entry points on the river. Other things to note We provide a starter pack of essentials: 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. Beds come fully made with linens, comforters, pillows, and mattress pads. Guests receive 1 bath towel & 1 washcloth per person. Additional supplies should be replenished by guests as needed. Cell service is limited — AT&T and T-Mobile typically work best but can still be spotty. A great reason to unplug! This is a true Frio River experience. Our homes are comfortable and well-stocked, while still offering that Hill Country river vibe — not a hotel, but a real escape.
