The house is located in quiet, friendly gated community with cozy restaurants, health spa only 20 minutes from the Puerta Plata airport. The area hosts a number of activities i.e. surfing, diving, hiking, horseback riding to name only a few. A place to create wonderful lifetime memories for the family. The space Within walking distance to secluded private beach, restaurants, spas. Place is very secure and quiet with private security guards patrolling the neighborhood 24 hours. Guest access Access code or key can be used for front entrance. Other things to note First very important note about parking and the gate. Please make sure you do not park your car close to the gate track. The gate currently is set to automatically close 30 seconds after opening and does not have a sensor. We recommend once opened hit the button to stop the gate from closing. Once fully cleared, hit the button to close the gate. We also recommend guest park their car parallel to the gate to make coming and going easier as the entrance is “tight” and can be tricky entering and exiting. The place is very safe and there are security guards that walk the grounds 24-7. The people are very friendly and helpful. The beach, spa, restaurants and bars are within a short walk. The house, pool and grounds are private and exclusive as part of the rental.
