You will have your own private bedroom encompassing queen size chiropractic matress with ensuite attached. Your ensuite can have either green or gold & black soap dispensers/toothbrush holders. The home has 4 emergency exit points: front door, side door to first garden, laundry door, back door to second garden. There is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher under the sink in case of an emergency. First aid kit located in storage on top of gas cooktop. The host has first aid level 2 certificate, mental health first aid and ASIST suicide prevention training. Every 12 months the ducts are industrially cleaned ensuring highest quality of air. I also have top of the range air purifier Trusenz s3000. The healing/prayer/gym/play has various weights equipment and similar. The outdoor area has 15 different musical instruments for you to try. More details in section 'other details to note'. Guest access If you provide your arrival time, I will arrange to meet you in person and give you access to a key for the duration of your stay. If you are running late, I have a key box located on the meter box next to the front door next the side of the welcome sign labelled Masterbox which opens with a code that is sent to you on the day of check in. Your room is located in front of you, as soon as you enter the home. During your stay I will be in and out of the home depending on my schedule, which varies everyday. I am happy to communicate face to face or air bnb chat as required. I have my own entry into the home via the garage/laundry door, so I won't be using the front door entry during your stay. The front door entry will be exclusive to you, for the course of your stay. Other things to note HOUSE RULES DON'T No visitors allowed during your stay. Do not operate the oven or gastop. Do not enter the house with your shoes on. Do not take photos of the home. Do not smoke or vape inside the home. DO Use the Complete Home filtration water tap in the kitchen. It is next to the main kitchen tap. Use the fridge. Use the freezer. Use the coffee pods, tea bags, milk. Use the shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, soap for hands. Help yourself to free fruit basket on top of the microwave and or porridge/cereal. Use the microwave, tea kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine. If making your own cereal or toast/sandwich, wipe the kitchen benches. Please place any used cutlery in the dishwasher, not the sink. Adjust the heating/cooling temperature to your desire. Take your shoes off before entering the home. You will be provided with new slip ons to use during your stay. MORE TO KNOW Free transport locally within 5km radius, pending host availability. The house has electric roller shutters to ensure your comfort and privacy. Turn the knob arrow down to make the blinds go down. To put them up ensure turn the knob with the arrow up. If you booked for 1 guest but have 2 arriving, a request will be sent for the additional guest at $10 per night. No "swap" of guests during your stay. You can purchase frozen meals and use the freezer to store your meals or the fridge. For $10 you can open the freezer and purchase a frozen meal. OPTIONS: Beef lasagna, Spaghetti Bolognese, Chicken Curry, Butter Curry, Pork Quasedillas. VEGETARIAN options: Singapore Noodles, Mac and Cheese, Vegetarian Quasedillas and more. Your private bathroom has two buttons on the wall, one for the fan and the other for light. If you have any allergies prior to your trip, let us know, so we can ensure not to have traces of these during your stay. Same goes for pollen allergies as we have some indoor plants, which can be taken outdoors prior to your arrival, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The house has a high quality quality air purifier Tru Sens Z-3000. The house ducts are cleaned every 12 months. There is a desk space for use with 2 monitors and docking station, if you need to work & reliable free unlocked fast internet wifi connection. We prefer guests who are professionals, students or interstate/international travellers who will be exploring throughout the day, as we are out of the house too for work and school.
