The space We've spared no expense to fill our house with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay and want for nothing, from two comfortable queen beds with cozy sheets and down duvets to the well stocked and renovated kitchen. Snuggle up on the couch (or revel in the air conditioning) if you're in the mood to watch one of the streaming services on the TV. Bath/beach towels, beach chairs, soap, shampoo and conditioner all provided...just bring your suitcase and make yourself at home. This easy-to-navigate single level home with washer/dryer has a beautiful walk out private backyard with a shaded patio, lawn, outdoor dining setup, twinkling lights, and a gas grill. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, driveway and large yard with shaded patio and outdoor shed. Also included are beach essentials such as chairs in the outdoor shed. Other things to note We are very near to four of Rhode Island's most popular beaches: Narragansett Beach (2.3 mi), Scarborough State Beach (4.2 mi), Roger Wheeler State Beach (5.2 mi), and East Matunuck State Beach (5.7 mi). We are 5.6 miles from the Block Island Ferry terminal. And we are less than 1 mile from the beautiful South County bike path (with bike rentals available in town). No smoking, no pets, no parties.
