1.5 hours from Paris, in the Normandy countryside, this presbytery renovated in 2023 on 1700 m2 enclosed by walls, will welcome you with family or friends. The exteriors offer you a beautiful pool under shelter, heated from April to October, two terraces and a petanque court. You will have access to a gym and games room including, bike, treadmill, foosball, shuffleboard and billiards etc. In July and August, bookings are made for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday, The space The main room of the house includes a large living area with wood-burning stove, open kitchen and dining area overlooking a terrace with garden and pétanque court. The fully-equipped kitchen offers two ovens and two refrigerators in addition to all the usual amenities. The ground floor sleeping area consists of a toilet, bathroom and shower, a double bedroom, a master suite with its own private shower room and a laundry room. The upper floor of the house offers a double bedroom, a master suite with its private shower room, a toilet and a dormitory bedroom composed of a double bed and two single beds. A shower room with sink. Direct access from the house allows you to enter the back garden consisting of a second terrace, the heated and covered pool as well as deckchairs to find calm and serenity. The property can accommodate up to 12 people. Closed indoor parking can accommodate 4 vehicles. We provide linens, one towel per person and bath mats.
