The living room and kitchen are open concept. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for making meals when you feel like staying in, and a Keurig machine and K-cups are provided for easy morning coffee. The sofa has a pull out feature to allow sleeping space for a child or additional guests. The bedroom has a queen bed, and en-suite bathroom has a single-stall shower and all linens and towels are provided. Off the kitchen is a private deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. Whether you're here to unplug or get a little work done, we’ve got you covered with WiFi and a dedicated desk area. We've prepared the space with care, but if there's anything you need during your stay, questions about the area or hiking recommendations, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help! Guest access An entry code will be provided for the deadbolt lock, and there is off-street parking suitable for up to 2 vehicles. Other things to note In order for you to have the best stay, the apartment has been treated quite well for sound isolation, and is peaceful and quiet inside, however some noise is possible since this is a multi-family property. You may even hear the occasional bark from our sweet 4 year old golden retriever Sadie. For your comfort, a portable AC unit is in the apartment for the summer heat, and blinds and curtains to keep things dark if you'd like to sleep in. To avoid surprise charges this property INCLUDES housekeeping in your nightly rate! Any damages or excessive cleaning needed may incur additional charge at owners discretion. Please notify us immediately if anything breaks or is damaged! **There is no smoking on the property under any circumstances. This property does not allow trailers/campers of any kind. Please note, due to allergy concerns for all of our guests, we do not permit service animals or pets at any time.**
