The space The apartment is spread over 1.5 floors where the bedrooms are located at each end. There is also a good sofa bed (150cm) in the living room so in total there is sleeping space for 6 adults. The apartment was newly renovated in 2022 and 2023 with newly sanded wooden floors, all surfaces are painted and there is a new kitchen with equipment such as: * Refrigerator/freezer * Cooktop * Oven * Large dishwasher * Coffee machine and everything you need to make good meals The dining room can accommodate 6 people. There are a total of 3 TVs in the apartment (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room) with access to most streaming services. Bedroom 1 (downstairs) contains: 120 cm bed, 43 inch TV with Chromecast and wardrobe Bedroom 2 (upstairs) contains: 140 cm bed, 43 inch TV with AppleTV and sideboard The apartment has 2 outdoor areas, 1 balcony with morning sun and a 22 sqm private roof terrace with sun from around 11 am - 10 pm in summer. The roof terrace contains: * Large gas barbecue * Large dining table with space for 10 people (extendable) * Lounge area with 2-seater sofa and 2 chairs * 2 sun loungers * Fireplace (bio fireplace) * Party Cooler (large cooler that can be plugged into the socket outside) The apartment is located at the top of Grünerløkka opposite Markveien. There are nice cafes just outside the block (Liebling is recommended) and a short distance to Ringes Park with SATS gym, Ringen Cinema, Meny grocery store, pharmacy, flower shop, bakery and Jernia. PS! The apartment is on the top floor without an elevator. Guest access The whole place. Other things to note As this is an apartment in a block, we want guests who respect the neighbors in terms of noise. There is very little sound insulation between the apartments and it is expected that the house rules are followed in terms of noise and partying. The apartment has newly renovated original wooden floors so it is not allowed to walk with high-heeled shoes inside or anything else that can make scratches in the floor. We live in the apartment ourselves, so we want people who respect the home and take good care of it during the rental period.
