Downstairs comprise the second bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen with appliances (electric stove, microwave, toaster & coffee maker) and utensils, living room with sofa and flat screen TV, dinning room. It also comprise a balcony that guest can relax on and watch the sunset and / or other beautiful scenery of the city. Covered parking is available and is included in the rate.
