Pehillo-Domaine cottages, entire + pool - 20 people

Discover the Gîtes de Pehillo, halfway between Bordeaux & Toulouse. This old farm, renovated with its spacious south-facing swimming pool without overlooking neighbors, is ideally located in the middle of 17 wooded hectares, 5 minutes from Nérac (a town where conviviality reigns, adjoining the Landes and the Gers). 3 independent country stone cottages with private terraces and a common room, await you for a maximum of 20/22 people accommodated. All comforts and 3-star rating. The space The 3 gîtes of the Domaine de Pehillo and its common room can accommodate 20/22 guests on the property in total privacy. The 3 vacation rentals are all independent and all have a private entrance and private terrace. The Pigeonnier vacation rental, located in the old stables, is located in the same building as the other vacation rental for 6 people (La Source vacation rental). Adjoining but totally independent, they are not overlooked and each have their own private terrace. Le Pigeonnier and La Source each accommodate 6 people in 90 m2 and offer on the ground floor a large living room with kitchen, living room and TV (TNT channels). Their kitchens are fully equipped. In each of these 2 lodges, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, both equipped with king size beds and direct access to the garden or terrace, share a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Upstairs, each also has another bedroom with king size bed with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. EQUIPMENT OF EACH GITE: Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, 3-drawer freezer, microwave, 4-burner glass-ceramic stovetop with hood, toaster, kettle, classic filter coffee maker, dishes, 82 cm flat screen TV, DVD player, towel dryer in the bathroom, fans in the bedroom... Outside, the Pigeonnier and La Source cottages have their own private terrace with garden furniture, a large umbrella, two sun loungers and a Weber-style charcoal BBQ (charcoal not included) and are not overlooked. Finally, the La Sapinière cottage is located in an independent building at the entrance to the estate and is not overlooked by the other two cottages on the estate. It also has its own private terrace and an adjoining veranda The Gîte de La Sapinière accommodates 4 people in 75 m2 of ground floor and offers a large veranda, a living room with kitchen, living room and TV (TNT channels). The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed (can be separated if necessary into 2 single beds), share a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. GITE EQUIPMENT: Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, 3-drawer freezer, microwave, 4-burner glass-ceramic stovetop with hood, toaster, kettle, classic filter coffee maker, dishes, 82 cm flat screen TV, DVD player, towel dryer in the bathroom, fans in the bedroom... Outside, the gîte of La Sapinière also has, like its cousins, its own private terrace with garden furniture, a large parasol, two sun loungers and a Weber-style charcoal bbq (charcoal not included) and is not overlooked. We also recently renovated a large common room of 65 m2 which has tables and chairs, 2 small fridges, sofas including a 160 cm sofa bed with real mattress and a small adjoining bedroom with 1 king size bed and private bathroom with toilet. A friendly place in case of bad weather and additional accommodation for up to 4 people, if needed. This room is included in your rental for a maximum of 20 people. A 10th bedroom can be made available to you. This is not included in the rental and will need to be paid in addition if you need it. Independent mezzanine bedroom (Tower Room) for 2 extra people (2 single beds or 1 king size double bed). Accommodation prohibited for children under 12 years of age due to the unsecured staircase. There is no toilet or shower room in this room (those of the cottages are to be used). From €60/night. The rest of the estate, 17 ha of private and maintained forest with private hiking trails, ping pong table, darts with scoreboard, petanque, large swimming pool are at your disposal. Open from May to September, the swimming pool (unheated) is quite large (6 m x 14 m. Depth from 1.20 m to 2.20 m), with a diving board and a pool beach with many sun loungers and parasols for everyone to enjoy. Its access is fenced for the safety of children. The water is checked and the pool area cleaned every week, the estate is maintained and the grass cut regularly. We will notify you of each person's visit in advance. The Pehillo cottages operate in total autonomy in a spirit of living together and conviviality, and we will be happy to welcome you with friends or family! Guest access Occupants have access to the entire estate (17 ha) in full and exclusive enjoyment The main house of the estate is private and unoccupied. It will be renovated one day! NOTE: We are installing a common table for outdoor meals, under the chestnut trees of the central courtyard. No other outside guests are allowed in the Estate. And the maximum number of occupants may in no case exceed 20/22 people, without prior agreement. If you would like to organize a private event and put up some tents, please contact us. The maximum number of guests on site may in no case exceed 40 people per day. Other things to note The entire estate is available between May and mid-October. Minimum stay 2 nights (except July and August: 1 week minimum, from Saturday to Saturday). Parties with outdoor music are not allowed without prior agreement. Pets are allowed and welcome. An additional cleaning fee of €30/stay/animal will however be requested upon arrival. Sheets are provided, as well as towels and beds are made upon arrival. Final cleaning is also included. But the cottages must be returned in good order.
