This home offers a perfect get away for friends and family, with space for 30+ guests. The large gathering areas provide ample space for socializing. Located near Sand Hollow reservoir, ideal getaway for various water activities! Guests will appreciate the proximity to golf courses, sand dunes, and ATV trails. The home features a game room with ping pong, shuffleboard, as well as a private pool, putting green, barbecue, and fire pit, ensuring endless fun without needing to leave the premises! The space The Sanctuary at Sand Hollow includes two private spaces. The main house consists of a large living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen with a wheelchair accessible master queen bedroom and bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board on the main level. Upstairs, we have a loft with vintage arcade games, board games, shuffleboard, and a couch and TV where you can relax and hang out. There are 2 king suites with private bathrooms and a large bunkroom with 8 queen size bunks and its own private bathroom. There is also a 3-car garage and extra parking space, perfect for a trailer or boat. Just across the connected breezeway is the casita with a patio looking over the courtyard. In the casita there is an additional fully stocked kitchen, living room and dining area. Here we have 1 queen suite and 1 king suite with their own private bathrooms. There is also another bunkroom with 6 queen bunks and a private bathroom. An additional 2 car garage is equipped with another washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board. In every master bedroom and living room you’ll have a flat screen TV with the ability to log in to any of your favorite streaming services. You’ll also be able to connect to our WiFi network. Our courtyard is the perfect place to spend the day or unwind after a long day out. Grill dinner on the large barbecue or roast marshmallows around the cozy fire pit. Take a dip in the private pool and get a few puts on the green. You’ll love hanging out on the nice patio furniture. In addition to the private pool in the courtyard, you’ll have access to a large community pool with a splash pad and 30+ person jacuzzi. You can also use the resort’s clubhouse and large grass area.
