The space Nestled in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, a stone's throw from Orcival and its famous basilica with slate roofs, La Canopée invites you to a break of serenity in the heart of nature, between Mont-Dôme and Mont-Dore. This warm wooden house offers a privileged setting for relaxing stays for families or groups of friends, in the great outdoors. House with a soft and friendly atmosphere, it seduces with its generous volumes, its brightness and its wide openings to the surrounding landscapes. On the ground floor: - Three bedrooms each with a 180 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and private toilet, - A fourth bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds (the upper bed is forbidden for children under 6) with a bathroom equipped with a spa bath and private toilet, On the first floor is a large living room bathed in light, thanks to its large bay windows offering unobstructed views of the valley: - A fully equipped open kitchen and a comfortable lounge area with a very large screen TV and an imposing ceramic wood stove, the true heart of the house. Outside: The large enclosed garden of 2,200 m², open to the fields, is a true haven of peace. You will find a lounge area, garden table and barbecue, perfect for enjoying the beautiful days. A room is also available to store skis, bicycles or motorcycles. Hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts will appreciate the direct access to the GR and marked trails. Nearby, discover the Château de Cordes, the crater lakes of Servières and Guéry, cross-country skiing at the Col du Guéry, or the ski resort and thermal baths of Mont-Dore and La Bourboule. The cottage can be rented in a 4-person version (63G1663) or a 6-person version (63G1664), to adapt to all your desires for an escape.
