If the stay is for more than 10 days, the guest is entitled to full cleaning and change of linens. Cleaning time is coordinated with the host based on staff availability. 4. What is the service fee? What time is the checkout? Can we extend the time? Check-out is at 11 pm. unfortunately, we can’t extend it because we need 4 hours to clean and sanitize before the next check-in. 8. What time is the check-in? Can we check in earlier than the specified time? Check-in is any time after 4 PM because we need 3 hours to clean and sanitize after the previous guest checks out and prior to your arrival. 9. How far is the apartment from the airport? 45 minutes without traffic. 10. Is the apartment surrounding secure? The apartment is in a gated and secured compound. 11.
