House with Terrace Sestri-15Min walk to the Center

Apartment located 15 minutes walk from the historic center and the beaches of Sestri Levante and 700 meters from the station. Equipped with private parking, it is the ideal place to stay for visiting the towns of the Gulf of Tigullio or the Cinque Terre, about an hour's journey away. Sestri is also about 30 minutes from Genoa and an hour and a half from Pisa. Wi-FI connection and PRIVATE TERRACE. The space Apartment located on the fifth and top floor of a building with assigned shared parking and a lift to reach the floor. The accommodation opens onto a bright living room equipped with a dining table, TV, two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, and a French window which gives access to a large private terrace equipped with a table, umbrella and chairs. Here you can enjoy the climate of the Riviera to the fullest with lunches and dinners outside during the summer season while also admiring a glimpse of the sea beyond the view of the city. Next to the living room there is a kitchen equipped with everything you may need to store, prepare and consume meals during your stay: a second dining table, hob with gas hobs, electric oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, utensils kitchen utensils and crockery. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a second television. You will find additional wardrobes for your personal belongings in the corridor. The total number of beds in the accommodation is 5, as you can also use an additional folding single bed. Finally, there is a bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures, a bathtub equipped with a hand shower to be able to use it also as a shower and a washing machine. For the laundry you can hang it on the wires of the terrace and use an iron and ironing board. There is free WI-FI connection. There is no air conditioning but you can use a portable fan. The linen is hired from a specialized company and supplied by us for each stay depending on the number of people booking, and is included in the price. The parking is private and assigned condominium. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no shared spaces. The building entrance and parking area are shared with other guests/tenants. We therefore ask that you respect the neighbors by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment after 10:00 PM Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of €2/day per person (up to 10 nights) which will be collected separately. Minors up to their twelfth birthday are exempt. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER. OPTIONS TO GET TO THE HOUSE By car, along the A12 motorway to the Sestri Levante exit. Journey by public transport From all Milan airports you can use the shuttle buses connecting with the Central Station active in each terminal approximately every half hour. Numerous regional or intercity trains leave from the Central Station in the direction of Genoa-La Spezia and stop in Sestri Levante (about two and a half hours journey). Sestri railway station is about 600 meters from the apartment. From Pisa Galilei airport Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that connect the airport directly to Pisa Central Station. Operative every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (journey of about 5 minutes) From there it is possible to take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Sestri Levante (an hour and a half journey by intercity, two and a half by regional). Sestri railway station is about 600 meters from the apartment. From the Colombo airport of Genoa With the VolaBus shuttle bus, which stops outside the Arrivals area, you can get to Genoa Piazza Principe railway station in about 30 minutes. The service is active every day, with a ride approximately every 40 minutes. ticket costs 6 euros one way (12 euros return) and is also valid for 60 minutes on all journeys on the AMT network. Children up to 4 years travel for free. Numerous regional or intercity trains leave from Principe station towards La Spezia and stop in Sestri Levante (fifty minute journey with intercity / about an hour and twenty with regional trains).
