After making your reservation, you will receive a notification to complete our rental agreement and schedule your $1,500 security deposit through our management system, OwnerRez. Completing both of these items is required, and will confirm the terms and conditions of your stay. The security deposit is a "hold" on your card; nothing will be charged unless damage occurs. This hold will be scheduled one days before check-in and auto-released 3 days after check-out. This is collected outside of Airbnb and is allowed, as we are API integrated. 3. A rental agreement must be signed. An email will be sent after your booking to collect your information. 4. Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding. 5. While our WiFi is typically fast and reliable, occasional spottiness may occur due to our countryside location. 6. Unauthorized guests, events, or exceeding the occupancy limits are strictly prohibited. No exceptions will be made. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund. 7. For groups exceeding 30 people, there is an additional fee of $25 per person, per night. Although our maximum capacity is 40, these charges account for the extra costs of cleaning, laundering linens/towels, and wear and tear.
