This is the downstairs of a home. Close to Morro Bay Beaches, State Parks and Montana De Oro State Park. Access is through a garage door with exterior coded opener. Rooms can be rented individually or as a package of 3 rooms. No extra cleaning fee charged. The space This the downstairs of my house where guests are separated from my wife and I, and the guests have the downstairs to themselves. Has a TV and refrigerator. Guest access We are on the NW corner of Pismo Ave (dirt road) and 14th Street (paved road). When you get here please Park on 14th St. Give a text or call and I'll come out and meet you. During your stay I enjoy visiting with people and am very interested as I have been a world traveler as well.
