A smart lock / automatic keypad makes check-in a breeze whenever you arrive - a truly frictionless check-in! The hot tub is used at your own risk. No glass in or around the hot tub at any time. All children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times and the hot tub must be covered and locked when not in use. The garage is currently unavailable to guests, however, there is free parking available in the two driveway spots and the two spots directly in front of the house. The WiFi must remain on during the duration of your stay as it connects to our smart lock and other devices. The lower level requires a set of stairs to access. Please use the handrail! Other things to note We are also only a three minute drive to the fantastic Old Towne Arvada. This charming city center is absolutely worth the visit and a great place to grab dinner, drinks, or walk around and browse the shops. We highly recommend it as its truly our favorite place! Well, besides the mountains :). The house is also centrally located for you to conveniently explore all there is to offer in the Denver Metro area! 12 minutes to RiNo / Lower Downtown (LoDo) / Downtown, 25 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 15 minutes to front range hiking, 25 minutes to Boulder, 30 minutes to Denver International Airport and only 55 minutes to skiing at Eldora! When you stay with us, you're truly close to everything! While there are some restaurants and pharmacies within walking distance, the overall location is pretty car-dependent. To get around, we would recommend driving or ride-sharing. We have up to 4 spots for all of your vehicles! We have an exterior security camera monitoring the side and back of the house as well as a smart doorbell. As a reminder, we do not allow pets.
