Dog-Friendly Tree House with Music Studio in Ojai

Pet-friendly three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the stunning natural beauty and vibrant culture of the area. We also have a huge downstairs studio that could be used as your own personal Yoga room, or an additional bedroom (Queen bed) With a spacious backyard and walking distance to top-notch restaurants and hiking trails, you'll have everything you need to make your stay in Ojai unforgettable. The space MEINERS OAKS Our home is in the residential neighborhood of Meiners Oaks in Ojai. You can walk to some wonderful restaurants, and your views all around the house are Oak Trees with mountains in the distance. There are a lot of dogs in our area, so while you don't hear traffic, it's often incredibly quiet, you do hear the wonderful sounds of dogs barking! THE HOUSE The top floor has an open layout kitchen, dining, living room. It has high ceilings, with beautiful beams, a fireplace, and views out every window. The primary bedroom is large, with a Sleep Number King Bed and meditation chairs and also on the top floor. Plus the office (which can serve as an extra bedroom – has foldout twin) and 1 bathroom. The bottom floor has the 2nd bedroom is downstairs and has its own bathroom. There is also a large studio space downstairs, that could be used also as an extra bedroom (couch becomes a queen bed). THE DECK Perhaps the highlight of this house, there is a wonderfully big back deck with large table and chairs for relaxing, with other chairs for sipping coffee. The table can transform from a 6 to 10 person table. And there are multiple spots on the deck to relax. THE KITCHEN Kitchen has most utensils, pots, pans and things you need to cook, bake, prepare and eat at home. We have a microwave, oven, dishwasher, vita-mix, blender, hand blender for baking, toaster, kettle, ice-maker, large fridge, extra freezer. THE BACKYARD The magically messy garden is a work in progress! Relax under the grapefruit tree. Or play table tennis. Or spend some time with your dog in our fully fenced large backyard. PET FRIENDLY We have a dog, and we love making our home available to those that travel with their pets. CHILD SAFETY The 2 stories of this house are connected via an internal spiral staircase, which does have a childproof gate on the top floor. However if you do have small children and you like them being able to access all parts of the house all the time without your supervision, this is not the house for you.
