Patchwork Playhouse, a 7x9-foot, two-story wonder tucked away in a private garden. Crafted over 30 years ago by airplane builder Rod Cowgill, this mini architectural playhouse has been the cornerstone of childhood fun for many in our little community. Faced with demolition or rejuvenation, we chose the latter in order to keep this gem alive. It's parts have been reused to renovate and renew this cute playhouse into a fun tiny home of sorts. The space This fun, quirky, minimalistic playhouse has a living room/kitchen area downstairs along with a bathroom. Upstairs is a full size bed and a TV with a little porch to step out onto. You'll also have a fridge, microwave, griddle, and Keurig. Guest access You will have the whole place to yourself with your own yard that is fenced and no shared spaces. Other things to note Ceilings are low and steps are not great for those who have a hard time with stairs. Has very small hot water tank so it only gives about 8-10 minute showers. Please plan accordingly if two people are staying.
