If you do not select the Chef’s service, Constanza, could prepare local or your preferred meals with a fix cost per day. These meals would be prepared with the groceries you provide from Cartagena. There are no grocery stores near the house. - We are in a gated community that has private security 24/7. There are currently 10 homes and two more under construction. - 2 minute walk from the house is our private community beach club which include cabanas, dock, volleyball court, washrooms and three pools. Other things to note This home is the culmination of a lifetime love of nature, interior design and peaceful tranquility with family and friends. No parties, loud music or smoking indoors. The house is located 1 hour drive from Cartagena. The closest town is Barú, located 2 kilometers from the property. Supermarket and restaurant services in Barú are basic and limited. It is essential to bring groceries and food from Cartagena to prepare for your meals. The house is ideal for resting, walking, paddleborading in the sea, enjoying the beach and amenities. 20 minutes by car is the National Aviary (highly recommended). By boat, 15-20 minutes away, you can explore Cholón and the archipelago of the Rosario Islands. We adopted a family of three cats (Barola, Centena and Milano) that live around the house and you will mainly find them lounging by the pool. Constanza take care of the cats.
