Baby/toddler essentials included such as crib, change pad, Diaper Genie, high chair, booster seat, children's cups and dishes, toys, books, built in potty seats on each toilet, portable potty, stools, sand toys and more. Boasting an entry way with large hallway closet. Dining table seats 6 with two extension leaves. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Living room has comfortable leather seating, foosball table and quiet workspace. Television with a sound bar and Netflix account. Oversized living room with walkout to a very spacious 80x151 ft. lot, outlined in mature trees. Main floor laundry, full bathroom on main floor with shower (the water pressure is incredible, seriously). Upstairs loft for hangouts with the kids to read and play (or even nap as there is a blackout blind), two very large bedrooms with walk in closet and full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and queen bed, and the spare bedroom has a queen bed and wooden crib with mattress. The backyard is large with children's play structure. Front lawn with water view toward road. 60 second walk to Patterson park, Georgian Bay and the beach. Located in the quiet community of Port McNicoll, this area which locals fondly refer to as "Paradise Point" sits this beautiful cottage just steps to Georgian Bay and waterfront park. Parking for 4 vehicles. Guest access Guests will be able to access all parts of the property with exception to main shed and under stairs/crawlspace. Other things to note We are happy to accommodate babies, toddlers and small children. We likely have something you would need, so if we have not listed it, please ask. Baby gates are installed at the top and bottom of stairs. This can be added upon request.
