The space With a surface area of about 40 m2, it is located on the first floor (no elevator) of an old listed house and has a separate entrance. Living area: A beautiful air-conditioned bright living room, directly overlooking a wooden terrace, with a comfortable living area with HD TV, a dining area with a dining table. A functional kitchen, open to the living room: fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine... Night area: The room offers new quality bedding. It is equipped with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe and desk. Bathroom: The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, double sinks and towel rail. Separate toilet. Other points: Beds are made upon arrival. Towels and linens are included. Other things to note The nearest beach is 4 kilometers away, accessible: * by car, * by beach shuttle (at the foot of the accommodation and free during the summer) * or by bike path. If you like bike rides, the bike path is 2 km away, and will allow you to reach the surrounding towns like Capbreton and Hossegor by beautiful forest trails. The apartment is in the center of Labenne, in close proximity to the highway serving the Landes and the towns of Capbreton and Hossegor as well as the Basque Country (Bayonne, Anglet, Biarritz…). All shops are within walking distance (supermarket, market, butcher, greengrocer, cheese maker, bakeries…) where you can discover local products. We have a partnership to allow you to rent bikes at preferential rates and discover the region in an original way. Transportation : Labenne SNCF train station is 600 meters away, Bayonne train station is 20 km away. If you need a transfer from/to Bayonne, please let us know (extra charge). For the well-being and tranquility of all and the neighborhood, we ask that you respect the following rules: - Parties are prohibited. - The apartment is non-smoking.
