The space The property is a three-story building with comfortable accommodations for you. Each room features a queen-size beds, providing a cozy and relaxing environment for a restful stay. We strive to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Layout: - Ground Floor: Living area, dining area, kitchen, toilet (not with shower) - First Floor: Bedroom with Queen bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. - Second Floor: directly access the bed area (Queen size bed) upon reaching the top of the stairs Other things to note ***Longer stay*** Different discounts are applied for stays of 4 nights or more. Location - just moments from cafes, parks, Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre - about 7-minute walk to Darling Harbour/ICC Sydney - about 15-minute walk (through Darling Harbour) or 1 bus stop to Sydney Town Hall - about 10-minute walk to Sydney Fish Market other things to note: 1. Check-out Time: Please check out before 10am to allow for scheduled cleaning for the next guests. A rescheduling fee will be incurred if cleaning needs to be rearranged. 2. Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee included in your booking covers standard cleaning between reservations. Guests are expected to return the property in a neat and tidy manner on check-out. Any damage or excessive cleaning will be charged to the guests. 3. Cooking: Feel free to cook, but please clean up afterward and ensure the kitchen is grease-free. Clean and dry all used kitchenware before placing them back in the cupboards and drawers. If short on time during check-out, please load dishes, glasses, mugs, and cutlery used in the morning into the dishwasher for the cleaner to run. 4. Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash in the correct colour bins (yellow for recycling and red for general waste) and avoid excessive amounts. Place all trash in the correct colour outdoor bins before check-out. On Wednesdays, ensure indoor trash is placed in the correct colour outdoor bins for Thursday collection. Improperly sorted trash may result in a $200 fee. 5. Furniture and Decorations: Please return moved furniture and decorations to their original places. 6. Coasters: Kindly use coasters when placing hot items on the table. 7. Shoe Policy: Please remove shoes before entering on wet days. 8. No Food in Bedrooms: Please do not bring any food into the bedrooms. 9. No Pets Allowed. 10. No Parties: No parties or events are allowed on the premises. Please respect our property and neighbours and minimize noise during quiet hours (9pm-8am). 11. No Smoking: We enforce a strict no-smoking policy, including on balconies. Any violation will result in a $200 charge for cleaning and deodorizing. 12. Guests with Children: Families with children are welcome. Please consider the safety aspects, supervise your children at all times, and be cautious in areas such as stairs, balconies, roads, driveways, and the entirety of the property and its surroundings.
