The house is located 7 km before Gravatá (coming from Recife) in the "Ebenezer Allotment." It has a terrace, a barbecue area and a garage, and there are many fruit trees on the property (such as mango, jackfruit, acerola, pitanga, ciriguela, guava, cajú, coconut, araza, sapoti, umbu, olive, uvaia). As the house is 500 meters above sea level, the climate is very cool. We have access to WLAN with a speed of 98.9 Mbps. Near the house, it is possible to dine and make small essential purchases. The space The house has a living room, kitchen, laundry area, 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and a shared bathroom. A U-shaped terrace and a garage, and above it, the caretaker's house. This is the area we rent, however, we allow you to enjoy the entire site, including the seasonal fruits, for local use. If there are fruits in abundance, you can purchase them for a very low price. All fruits are organic, we do not use any pesticides. Guest access You have access to the entire living area. Smoking is only allowed outside the house and not in front of windows and doors. Other things to note We recommend that you bring a mosquito spray. Although we have screens on the windows, the double bedroom, kitchen and bathrooms do not have them. Water is supplied only every two weeks, so it is advisable to be economical in water consumption. It is not allowed to bring and use, for example, inflatable pools. Smoking is not allowed in the interior rooms of the house. We also ask guests not to throw parties that could disturb the neighbors. We offer internet access (fiber optic). We only allow the number of people, including children and pets, who are listed on the reservation. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in all.
