The 3 additional bedrooms all feature private ensuite. Luxurious pool and backyard. We do not allow large parties/gatherings. The space Master bedroom has king bed and in separate section on master bedroom there is daybed (daybed sleeps two). Bedroom 2 two queen beds. Bedroom 3 has one queen bed and bedroom 4 has one queen bed. We have two twin portable beds in closet near garage that can be placed in any room. Each bedroom have their own bathroom. Back yard is set up to lounge by the pool with your family and friends. Outdoor firepit, bbq, slide, hot tub, gazebo, waterfalls on pool. Pool toys and more. Garage has been coverted into a game room with pingpong table, pool table and arcade games. Guest access Guest will have access to house entirely except for one of the two (2) car garages and master closet. Other things to note Our pool is serviced every Monday morning. They do not bother you at all, they just go clean pool and leave. To heat pool is $100.00. Will be charged for each day length of stay. Hot tub heating is no charge. If you would like pool heated please notify in advance pool in winter months takes about two days to heat and will need to be turned on prior to your visit. (We do not charge for those days) Please note pool does not need to be heated in spring and summer it is warm enough. We do not allow events and large gatherings if you decide to rent our home and use it for this without our approval there will be an additional $750.00 charge a day. $20.00 per stained towel. Make-up does not wash off and stains. There will be a charge per towel stained with makeup.
