Welcome to Steinliveien 11. Explore Oslo from our beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, significantly upgraded in 2021. This modern and inviting house is located on the outskirts of the city center and is ideal for families or groups who want to experience all that the city has to offer. The home is a short distance from public transport, restaurants and shops. Proximity to tourist attractions such as Ekeberg Park, Oslo Opera House and Akershus Fortress and provides an ideal starting point for exploring Oslo's culture, food and nightlife. The space The home was significantly upgraded in 2021. It has modern and elegant decor with elements of Scandinavian design. Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep, as well as a living room with sofa bed. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, queen size. Bedroom 2 is a children's room with a full-length (75*200) cot with slide (Children). One/two adults can use the room by placing a mattress under the bed with slide. Bedroom 3 is a children's room with a 75*120 bed (Children). In addition, there is a basement room that has a sofa bed (double bed queen size). Bathroom: The house has one bathroom, as well as access to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Living room: Bright living room with nice views, comfortable seating and entertainment system. Basement living room: A cozy basement living room with fireplace and 75-inch TV connected to a Sonos system for better sound when playing movies or music. The outdoor area of the house is a natural plot with partially planted garden and mountains. Enjoy late summer evenings in the lounge around the fireplace table on the covered terrace, a good lunch around the dining table or bring a blanket out on the mountain and rest your eyes on the view over Østmarka. Guest access We make our entire home available with the exception of common areas (laundry room and storage rooms) and one room, which will be locked during the stay. The outdoor area that belongs to our part of the home is all the area that is located on the back of the house from the house wall straight up and straight down and all the way to the neighbor. The lawn in front of the panoramic window in the living room is used by the neighbor and should not be used. Other things to note The home is a horizontal semi-detached house and we appreciate that you take into account our good neighbors, both in the neighborhood, but not least residents on the 2nd floor of our semi-detached house.
