Beautiful duplex nestled between Xilxes and Moncofa in a quiet neighborhood steps to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with barbecue area in the back and a lovely garden oasis in the front with your own private plunge pool. 2-minute walk to the local beach but there are also a number of blue flag beaches and the mountains accessible by car. Short drive to the local supermarkets and the lively town of Moncofa. In walking distance there are 2 local restaurants. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOUSE. The space The main floor features a combined living room/dining room with a partially separated kitchen and a powder room. The living room walks out to a large terrace and front lawn with pool. The first (upper) floor features three bedrooms, each with double beds and a full bathroom (bathtub). All rooms have clothing storage, screened windows and ceiling fans. The large master bedroom walks out to a large, furnished upper terrace, with a retractable awning. The second (top) floor is an open concept loft space, featuring three double beds, another full bathroom (stand-up shower) and a second lounge area. Views of the sea are great from the top floor! SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE. Guest access As our guest, you will enjoy access to the whole property, with the exception of one wardrobe in the main bedroom. We do ask that guests try to be economical by consistently using the same bedroom, bathrooms etc., as opposed to moving around the house as the ample space would permit. Still, the whole property will be yours to enjoy. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet residential zone. We ask that guests limit noisy behaviour while on the property, and observe “quiet time” between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am, to respect our neighbours and neighbourhood. While the area is safe, guests with children should observe that the street in front of the house is a thoroughfare, connecting Moncofa (to the north) with Chilches/Xilxes (to the south). Understand that there is regular traffic on Camí Serradal, and that children should always be attended to. The property should be secured at all times. As this is a semi-rural area, unsecured properties are at risk for break-ins and petty theft. Anything of value should be stored out of view of the street, and the house should be left locked when guests are away from the property. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY, vape-pens included. Guests may be responsible for reimbursement for broken items. Items stored out of sight are not permitted for guest use. If they have been hidden, please respect that they are for our private use.
