The Oaks - Hillside Huts Our charming, The Oaks Hut, is located in a secluded position on our smallholding in rural Derbyshire. With a shared driveway with its sister Hut, The Willows, it enjoys its own dedicated parking & private enclosed garden, enjoying stunning countryside views. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets as you kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Bring your wellies! There are many countryside walks from the from the doorstep! The Oaks Hut is pet friendly 🐾 The space From the main farm drive you will approach a wooden five bar gate indicating ‘Hillside hut.’ Leading to a designated parking area, you will then find the hut located at the rear of the farm facing the open fields. Located on one level, the hut is cosy and comfortable with a raised double bed to enjoy the magnificent scenery from the bi-fold doors. Fully equipped kitchen including oven and fridge with freezer compartment, and shower room. Sofa and dining table. Outside the hut boasts its own patio area and garden in a secure and secluded position enjoying the far reaching views. There is outdoor furniture, a charcoal bbq (charcoal not provided) and a fire pit (1 pile of logs and firelighters provided, subsequent supplies available to purchase). There is a hot tub located to the side of the hut for you to enjoy throughout your stay. Dogs are very welcome (surcharge applies). Other things to note The host & family live on the farm with their working dogs. We have 2 huts, The Oaks & The Willows (new for 2025), which are located in their own private space on the farm. The huts have a shared driveway and each has its own separate parking. Both huts are identical, we have created a luxury, stylish space ideal for couples wishing for a private relaxing getaway.
