Other things to note ★★★★★IMPORTANT★★★★★ We have a monitoring device in the house that can detect any unacceptable level of noise and any kind of smoking occurring. Please be advised that our property is strictly for non-smoking guests and we do not tolerate parties. To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and our neighbors, smoking and unacceptable noise level will result in a fine of $1000 and you will be ask to leave the premises without refund.
