Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, it offers a calm, relaxing and unobstructed atmosphere. The space You will have a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. The accommodation offers everything you need for a high-end stay: fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, workspace, bed linen and towels provided. Outside, you will enjoy independent access, private terraces, a wooded garden and access to a heated swimming pool from May 1 to October 1, inviting you to relax and let go. Guest access The town of Merville is only about 20 minutes from Toulouse, allowing you to enjoy both the rural tranquility and the attractions of the Ville Rose. It is possible to get there by public transport or bicycle. However, we recommend having a vehicle for more autonomy in order to discover the region freely. Guests have full and exclusive access to the accommodation, with no other visitors. Plenty of parking is available on site, as well as an EV charging station.
