You have your own bedroom in this shared apartment, to relax, re-energize and enjoy as you please! Women from all backgrounds, races, ethnicities and sexual orientations are welcome here. Safe friendly neighborhood w/ parking! See all of Baltimore, since you'll be minutes from downtown,interstates I-95, I-83 and 695! The space Although I would love to accommodate men, due to the privacy and close proximity of the shared space, only women are welcome as guests at this time. Guest access The kitchen, bathroom is yours to use anytime you chose. During your stay Your experience is the most important thing, therefore I make myself and/or my staff available to you as often as needed, and as quickly as possible. Since your time and space is respected, I give you space but, again, I'm available when needed. Other things to note Here are some things to know to promote a wonderful stay: Apartment space: You have full use of the kitchen and bathroom. This will be your "second" home too, so please make yourself comfortable! Cleaning: Cleaning will be provided in the common areas. Please, no trash/food left in the bedroom, if a mistake happens and/or items are damaged then Airbnb has a security deposit process to help you cover the damages. Temperature: Also, you might hear the radiator make some noises (sometimes a clicking and/or hissing noise), if so please don't fret... it's just the house working/steam rising through the pipes, to keep us warm, during the colder months. There is a portable heater placed in the bedroom during colder months, in addition to the radiator heat, to provide additional heat, please feel-free to turn this on as well, if needed. If the temperature needs to be adjusted, it is centrally located and that would be no problem at all to do. Since utilities are included, if you would be so kind to turn off all lights and during the warmer months turn off the A/C unit once you depart the house, (and turn off the heater during the colder months) that would be so greatly appreciated. Trash Removal: Trash days are Tues. (regular trash) Thurs. (recycling). I will make sure trash is disposed of, so you don't have to worry about this. Parking: Parking is free yet it is hit or miss on the street, yet the side streets have ample overflow free parking, as well. Please, be mindful of the signs on Mon. & Tues. 10am-12pm Calvert street cleaning occurs, and ticketing (or towing) could occur if you park there during those times- otherwise it's first come first serve.
