The Hay Barn

Luxuriously Rural Sensitively converted, the Hay Barn is a blend of traditional exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with luxurious modern furnishings, king size bed and amenities. We have expansive National Trust Nature Reserve views and gardens, a lovely calming setting to relax in and focus on your wellbeing. Relax whilst enjoying an evening BBQ or gazing into an outdoor open fire. With free parking, we are ideally based for Crosby Beach, Formby Golf Courses, Aintree Races and Liverpool. The space Resembling a traditional barn from the front elevation, the accommodation within is purposefully designed to be unobserved and relaxing. Rooms have features of the old barn blended with luxurious furnishings and fittings and quality appliances. The Bedrooms both have luxurious en-suites. You can enjoy expansive views of Lunt Meadows National Trust Nature Reserves, through all windows, creating a sense of closeness to the meadows and surrounding nature. A lovely calming natural environment that is both peaceful and tranquil, perfect for those wanting to relax and take time out to focus on their wellbeing and self rejuvenation. Please let me know if you are intending to have more than one car/vehicle at the accommodation. Check in time is between 3pm and 8pm, a time of arrival must be provided prior to arrival. Checkout is 10am. Other times can be arranged in advance of your stay. The accommodation is spread over two floors. The bathrooms are luxurious and private. The ground floor has one bedroom with en-suite and has the choice of two single beds or a super king sized bed when the singles are linked together (Note: the bedroom is set with two singles, if you prefer the super king option please let me know in advance so it can be arranged prior to your stay). The second bedroom and en-suite, which has a king sized bed, is upstairs. Designed as open plan, the kitchen and lounge are well equipped with quality appliances and luxurious furnishings. The kitchen with lounge are upstairs, making the most of the local nature reserve and meadow views. Wi-Fi, Super Fast Fibre Broadband, is available in all rooms. A smart television is provided allowing guests to access their own preferred channels. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer, along with a range of other items, are available on request.
