For long term guests, cleaning and change of towels and beddings are done every after 5 days. 2. Only the registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. 3. Do not move or remove any furnishings in the unit, install fixtures, vandalism, and alterations without the permission from the host. 9. If guests will leave the room, kindly turn off all the appliances especially the air- conditioning unit. 10. Minimize noise level during late hours as not to disturb the neighbors. 11. Organizing a party is not allowed in the room. 12. Properly dispose trash in sealed bags provided in the garbage Shute to prevent pests. 13. Conserve water. 14. Refrain from flushing foreign objects in the toilet bowl.
