The space This beautiful 2 level home has large windows for natural light, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals, outside you have a beautiful terrace around the house with spectacular ocean views, a grill for your barbecues and your own infinity pool. Easy access for snorkeling from the property's dock. Important information -Keep in mind you need a 4x4 car to get to the villa. -Be aware of the distance from where the villa is located. -Your pet is also welcome! This is a pet friendly property (only small breeds allowed). A non-refundable fee of $150 is applied and you must read and agree the One Stop Roatan Pet Policy, please ask us about it. -Please note: There are 1 friendly, spayed, and vaccinated dog on the property, as well as two neutered cats who live the island life. Other things to note *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. *Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively).
