Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. - Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. - A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals after 21:00, payable in cash directly to your property manager upon arrival.
