Bring the whole family to this spacious home with lots of room for fun. Includes 4 queen beds, a master bedroom with king bed. Has outdoor pool. Kitchen provided utensils/cookware to make yourself at home. Nest smart thermostats for convenience. 10 mins from magic mountain. Close by are hiking, biking/walking trails, lake castaic & the gentle barn. Make yourself at home with this cozy and modern home. Extra 2 inflatable beds for bigger groups. Pets allowed for one time fee of $150 The space 5 bedroom home with 2 1/2 bathrooms. 2 story house with stairs. 4 Queen platform beds and one king bed upstairs and two pull out mattresses for big groups. Two living rooms/ couches downstairs. Outdoor pool, heater for pool and jacuzzi is inactive, however jacuzzi jets work. Otherwise pool is clean and free to use. Pool service is every Tuesday so if you’re staying during this time the pool maintenance man will be arriving Tuesday’s, usually early. The BBQ area outside is currently off limits to use for safety. And the fireplace inside house is also gas and off limits to use during the time also. Although if you are cold there’s plenty of blankets, and a central heater system. There’s a designated kids play room downstairs in the back room near the garage. Lots of on property parking since the driveway is big. Also, the garage will fit a car. Clean towels provided in each bathroom and washer and dryer laundry room is upstairs for your use. Kitchen is a gas stove with a built in wall double oven system and built in wall microwave. Everything is new and in good condition(: there’s also a coffee bar for those that love their morning coffee! Utensils/ some cookware is provided but if you have specific plans to cook please provide your own ingredients / recipes. There are plenty of close by grocery stores near the home within a 5 minute radius. There is no cable in the house. Just smart app tv options. Login for Netflix, Hulu, etc will be provided in a binder at the house for your knowledge along with the WiFi info. There is also an office desk/ space upstairs incase you want to get some work done with a small selection of pens/ paper to help you. No parties are allowed on the property. Groups up to 8 are allowed. Otherwise please state your group guest count upon booking in the messages. There are cameras outside of the property such as mounted cameras on the exterior of home itself and ring doorbell / ring stick up cam in the back yard. No recording devices or cameras inside the home whatsoever for your privacy. Don’t need to meet in order to receive keys for access. Door has a keypad and you will be given a code to enter. Smart key system for your convenience. Any amenities off limits are listed so please make sure to read all info on profile for listing Other things to note BBQ cooking area/ pit in backyard for cooking is off limits, Countertops are not and you can use it if needed. Fire place inside home in living room is off limits for usage. Pool heater outside is off limits. Pool usage is not off limits just the heating system for it is at this time.
