You will appreciate the delicious breads and pastries offered by the Mie Mie bakery located at the foot of the building, the proximity of the food shops: a "Carrefour City" just opposite for your small daily purchases, a Biocoop store a 2-minute walk away and the large Bastille market, a 4-minute walk away, on Thursdays and Sundays, where you can, among other things, taste oysters with a glass of white wine. Most of Paris's iconic sights are within walking distance: - Place de la Bastille, with the Opéra Bastille and the Port de l'Arsenal, 7 minutes' walk;  - Place des Vosges, with the house of Victor Hugo, in the very lively Marais district, 8 minutes' walk;  - Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is a 20-minute walk away; - the Louvre Museum is a 37-minute walk; - Place de la Concorde, 45 minutes' walk; - the Eiffel Tower, 60 minutes' walk;  - Place de la Nation 13 minutes away and the famous Centre Pompidou 16 minutes away by public transit; and many more places...
