The MS Duplex welcomes you in the Moulin Galant district, a stone's throw from the train station (RER D), 30 km from Paris, 30 km from Fontainebleau and 20 km from Orly airport. For work, tourism or rest, this accommodation is ideal for spending a good time alone, for two or as a family. We will make every effort to make it feel like home. Listing details - Check-in is after 16:00 - 4 guests maximum - Parties and events prohibited The space Access to the listing via a common staircase behind the courtyard. You will have a living space (living/dining room), an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, a night part, composed of an ideal room for 2 people and a desk/dressing room. Possibility of having an inflatable bed and/or a co-dodo on request. Optionally, it is possible to customize the apartment (couple's birthday, wedding proposal etc...) Guest access Access to the whole property ! Other things to note Namely 1 parking space only in the courtyard. ACCOMMODATION rules - The sofa is not a sofa bed - No smoking is allowed inside the accommodation (€80 charged for anti-smoking treatment) - Evenings, parties etc... prohibited - No pets allowed Failure to comply with the rules of the accommodation will result in a prohibition on staying without refund.
