Discover Rome from our delightful newly renovated apartment in the Balduina neighborhood! You'll find a welcoming entrance, a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and TV, two spacious double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and laundry facilities. Located 5 minutes on foot from Balduina Station, 5 from the bus and 15 minutes from Metro A (Cipro), the apartment is well connected to the city center, with all services just a few meters away. The space ENTRANCE In the entrance, you'll find a coat rack corner where you can hang your outerwear and benches where you can rest your bags. From the entrance, you access a hallway that leads to the two bedrooms and the living room with kitchen; at the end of the hallway is the bathroom, and on the left, a bookshelf—just in case books are among your travel companions :) Also from the hallway, hidden behind a cheerful light blue sliding door, there’s a handy laundry area with cleaning products, brooms (should you need them), and a washer-dryer. If you prefer to air-dry your clothes, there’s also a small drying rack available. BOHO BEDROOM In the Boho Bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable 160x190 cm bed, a spacious four-door wardrobe with hangers and shelves for your clothes, a chest of drawers, a bookshelf, and two bedside tables. COLORFUL BEDROOM In the Colorful Bedroom, you'll find a 160x190 cm bed, a charming white and orange wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, a bookshelf, and a study corner with a chair and desk—perfect if you need to get some work done, review your holiday photos on your laptop, or take care of a bit of correspondence :) LIVING AREA WITH KITCHEN The third room is the place to come together to cook and watch TV. Like all the furnishings, the kitchen is brand new and equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, and a small dishwasher. In addition to the four chairs around the dining table, there are two comfy and colorful armchairs where you can watch TV or simply relax in the evening after a day exploring the streets of Rome! BATHROOM WITH SHOWER The bathroom has also been carefully decorated, and every tile in the shower was placed with love :) The sink unit has two drawers, there’s a bench for your toiletries, and a ladder-style towel rack for hanging your towels. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building, accessible through an outer gate, making it a quiet and private setting.
